It’s perfectly delicious spicemix and I am especially happy that it is organic! I have used it several times now and have given some to my neighbors and they like it too.Some of the ingredients are not fully disclosed which is unusual. The label states,"...and other pure organic spices.." Unable to determine if someone might be or might not be allergic to "other" spice. I buy Indian spices for home cooking and all other brands that I have purchased over the years, at least list all the ingredients which go into the mix. Some of the ingredients may be organic or non-organic but at least every ingredient is listed.I've made several dishes using this, they've all turned out wonderfully. The resealable bag makes it easy to keep fresh between uses.I'm still waiting for all the pouches I've paid for....... I was charged for four or more pouches and received two.... nine dollars is what two or three of the pouches cost.I added this to red lentils with some ham stock and the taste was amazing and very fragrant. I ordered 2 more pouches the next day. This is awesome!Really nice and tastyMore cinnamon than I would have expected... it is just overbearing.
