This salt is versatile enough to be used on meat, fish, vegetables, tofu or wherever you want a little extra zing. I use it on all the steaks I cook because it has the right amount of salt, and the flavor is outstanding. It's also excellent on tofu! Chef Prudhomme makes a salt-free version, and a salmon seasoning that are in my spice rotation on a regular basis. I have a hard time finding it in stores on a regular basis, so it's easy to buy the two-pack on Amazon and not worry about running out.
