I am a Chef and I have used Beau Monde for years. I was crafting recipes including fish cakes, tarter sauce and pickles with Beau Monde so I ordered a large quantity. This taste like a horrible nutmeg, allspice and clove disaster. Just terrible. I am SOOOO glad U tasted it before I ruined a hundred dollars of ingredients. Of course I immediately went to return it on Amazon and they will not take it back. If this is any indication as to how Marshalls Creek blends their spices, I will never buy from them again. Really disapointed.
