I happened to fall upon a packet of this at a Polish shop/ deli and I have been absolutely hooked ever since. I wish I lived closer to the shop, but I'm grateful Amazon even has these. The directions are in Polish, but there are so many translation apps if you need to translate. I honestly just dump a package of this, per 8 drumsticks and let sit overnight in the fridge and then bake the drums until cooked and the skin is nice and crispy. Makes for the most juicy and moist chicken. Give it a try! I attached a pick of the ingredients list in English, should anyone need to know what's in it before buying!
